Carbon Management for Poste Italiane with Targeted Strategies to Reduce Emissions and Consumption
We supported Poste Italiane in implementing an advanced carbon management model based on GHG emissions analysis across infrastructure, service platforms, and operational activities. A detailed inventory identified key emission sources and led to reduction strategies, including server farm efficiency improvements, green energy procurement, and optimized energy processes. With ISO 14064 and 14067 certifications, environmental KPIs, and communication strategies, the project contributed to enhanced corporate sustainability and reduced operational costs.
