We developed a sustainable management model for a restaurant, focusing on high-emission areas such as logistics, energy consumption, and mobility. We calculated the GHG emissions inventory, identified reduction measures, and developed a carbon management strategy. Key areas of intervention included waste management, mobility reorganization, and energy consumption optimization. Our approach led to a reduction in CO₂ equivalent emissions, supported by an Emission Counter and communicated through a dedicated web section and informational materials.
